Thanks again to Kabud for digging out this interesting document containing further confirmation of the use of psycho-active substances as a means of warfare against the free world from behind the iron curtain. It also mentions Jan Sejnas People´s Friendship program, which is most interesting for our purposes, namely a deeper understanding of why the left went mad.
