Victor Davis Hanson once again gives a talk on inconsistent and almost infantile decision-making within the Obama administration
His topic is "The Obama doctrine", and as he shows throughout the talk such does not exist. It is a kind of hand-to-mouth, non-partisan clumsyness upon which Obama rests his policy, pushing everything half-way through.
