Robert Spencer delivered a talk on "The Stealth Jihad: What It Is and Why It Matters." In his remarks he addressed the Obama administration's recent announcement that it will no longer use language that points to a "war on terrorism." Mr. Spencer responded to questions from audience members.

Robert Spencer is the author of many books, including Stealth Jihad: How Radical Islam Is Subverting America Without Guns or Bombs (2008); The Truth About Muhammad: Founder of the World's Most Intolerant Religion (2007); and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades) (2005), all published by Regnery Publishing.

This program of the 31st annual National Conservative Student Conference, "The Stealth Jihad: What It Is and Why It Matters," was held in the Marvin Center of George Washington University at 10:00 a.m. on August 7, 2009.

Robert Spencer talked about his book, The Truth about Muhammad: The Founder of the World's Most Intolerant Religion, published by Regnery Publishing. He argued that the example of Muhammad, the founder of Islam, justifies jihad and terrorism. He used primary sources to detail Muhammad’s development from a preacher into a political and military leader and evaluated modern biographies to show how Muhammad has been changed for Western audiences, lulling them into consoling but false conclusions. He described Muhammad's life and teachings as violent and urged Americans to understand the true nature of Islam in order to effectively combat terrorism. After his presentation he responded to audience members’ questions.

Robert Spencer talked about his book, The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades), published by Regnery Publishing. He described the relationship between Muslims and Christians, stating that the crusades were a defensive effort against Muslims. He argued that Muslims have persecuted Christians for over 13 centuries and that modern Islamic terrorists share this historic ideology. After his presentation he responded to audience members’ questions. Robert Spencer is also a fellow with the Free Congress Foundation.

Robert Spencers second speech on stealth jihad, this time introducing his bokk by the same name. Held at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, the Wednesday Morning Club January 28, 2009. This time Robert Spencer also gives some insights as to how he himself is being targetted by organised efforts to discredit him through slander.

Robert Spencer explains how the idea of a war against terror, which is not being honest about the enemy it is actually fighting will fail. He an acknowledged focus on Islam as the aggresive ideology behind the threat of terror. He refers to a lesser known memorandum uncovered by FBI and later made public. The memorandum lists the initiative of the "Grand Jihad in north America" and lists some 50 organisations and councils which are all apparrently a front for a slow islamisation.
I have put this memorandum up as part of the "Jihad Dossier" here. Notice however that the first 16 pages are in arabic followed by their english translation.

Robert Spencer lectures on Al-andalus and the crusades

A documentary about Islam and Jihad. It disputes that islam is a religion of peace, partly through the testimony of ex-muslims and terrorists. It looks at a general tendency for muslim nations to be in conflict with their neighboring countries, and connects this fact with the teachings of the Quran, saudi wahhabism and immigration.
